Eleanor also aims to share her enthusiasm with a broad audience, appearing as a speaker at events like Pint of Science, as well as schools and Beaver groups.
Eleanor often uses stories of expeditions to highlight the need for conservation for invertebrates globally. She has shared this message at events like the Exploring By the Seat of Your Pants conference, to which she was then invited to help as a presenter the following year.
Eleanor aims to communicate science directly from the field, recently this involved appearing in the Expedition Titan video (filmed and produced by Chris Guiggari-Peel) which documented some of the research carried out by her and Laura Kor on the Titan beetle.
